We are more than happy to help our customers review our finishing options and explain in depth the finishing process however, it is our customers responsibility to make any and all color decision. We are more than happy to set up an appointment with the workshop to help create color samples. If, we are to match a new item to an exiting unit it is the customer responsibility to sign-off on the color chosen.

We stand behind our items and if an item you have purchased is factory defected then we will ensure we will have the manufacturer replace items and/or parts defected. All items have a 1 years manufacturer warranty. Our outdoor furniture manufacturers offer a 2 year warranty and/or 5 year warranty.
If, items are special ordered and/or modified/ customized and/or ordered finished we do no offer return and/or exchanges. There is no exchanges or refunds on any custom made units.
Though we do not do e-commerce sales, Bare Furniture does currently offer over - the - phone transactions. Order over the phone and Pick-Up in Store. It is important to our family you enjoy your our online browsing experience and we hope you feel free to contact us with any further questions!

It truly does depend on the item(s) which you are interested in purchasing. We try to stock inventory however we do special order items often which our general lead time is 3-5 weeks, However outdoor furniture lead times are 2-3 weeks if not in-stock. If in stock, they are available right away!
